Two Research Networks have become the affiliated partners of the European System of Cooperative Research Networks in Agriculture (ESCORENA), namely: Interregional Cooperative Research Network on Apricot and Organic Edunet.

Mr. Arkadiusz Blochowiak, Deputy Marshall representing the Marshall Office of the Wielkopolska Region has been granted Honorary Member of the ESCORENA Network (European System of Cooperative Research Networks in Agriculture) under the FAO auspices by the FAO UN Representatives and ESCORENA Members during the ESCORENA Workshop at the Institute of Natural Fibres in Poznan (Poland), 10 -12 April, 2008.
